As stated in a previous listserv, the TPA is excited to unveil the new enhancements to the TPA Operations website. You’ll be able to easily locate important information and navigate through the site faster. We’ve re-named and added a few categories to the left home screen panel. Below is a screen print identifying the categories in which some information may have changed or had information added:
We’ve also added a CGDP Program Training Guide that gives an overview of the Coverage Gap Discount Program. This guide is listed under the References section of the website.
